Art by Anrika is an art and creative business offering original artwork, prints, digital products, workshops, events and related creative services.

Product descriptions, photographs, prices and availability are provided as accurately as reasonably possible.

Colours and appearance of artwork or printed products may vary slightly depending on your screen, printer, lighting or other factors.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on www.artbyanrika.co.za are stated in South African Rand (ZAR), unless otherwise indicated.

Art by Anrika reserves the right to change prices, promotions and product availability at any time.

A price change will not affect an order that has already been successfully placed and paid for.

5. Orders and Payments

An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed, unless we notify you otherwise.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in circumstances including:

The product is unavailable.
An obvious pricing or product description error has occurred.
Payment has not been successfully received.
We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
The order cannot reasonably be fulfilled.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, an appropriate refund will be arranged.

6. Digital Products

Digital products are supplied electronically and may include downloadable artwork, Bible journaling resources, colouring pages, guides, tutorials or other digital content.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, digital products are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not:

Resell digital products.
Redistribute or share the files.
Upload files to file-sharing websites or social media.
Claim the artwork or content as your own.
Use the artwork commercially without written permission.
Modify and resell the artwork or content.

Because digital products can be accessed immediately, digital products are generally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Original Artwork

All original artwork remains the intellectual property of Art by Anrika unless ownership rights have been expressly transferred in writing.

Purchasing an original artwork does not automatically transfer copyright to the purchaser.

The purchaser may display the artwork for personal purposes but may not reproduce, copy, scan, resell reproductions or commercially exploit the artwork without written permission.

8. Commissions and Custom Artwork

Commissioned artwork is created according to an agreed brief between Art by Anrika and the customer.

A deposit or full payment may be required before work begins.

Because commissioned artwork is created specifically for the customer, cancellations and refunds may be subject to the stage of completion and any agreed commission terms.

Art by Anrika reserves the right to use photographs of completed commissioned artwork for portfolio, marketing and social media purposes unless otherwise agreed with the customer in writing.

9. Workshops and Events

Workshop and event bookings are subject to availability.

A booking is only confirmed once the required payment has been successfully received.

Information regarding the venue, date, time, materials and requirements will be communicated as part of the booking process.

If you are unable to attend a workshop, please contact info@artbyanrika.co.za as soon as possible.

Places may be transferable to another person at the discretion of Art by Anrika, provided prior arrangements have been made.

Art by Anrika reserves the right to cancel, postpone or reschedule a workshop or event where circumstances make this necessary.

Where Art by Anrika cancels an event, customers will be notified and an appropriate refund, credit or alternative arrangement will be offered.

10. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Different terms may apply to physical products, digital products, commissioned artwork and workshop bookings.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

11. Intellectual Property

All content appearing on www.artbyanrika.co.za, including but not limited to:

Artwork
Illustrations
Photographs
Logos
Branding
Written content
Digital resources
Graphics
Designs
Videos
Tutorials

is owned by or licensed to Art by Anrika unless otherwise stated.

This content may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, modified, published or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

12. Photography and Marketing

Photographs or videos may occasionally be taken during Art by Anrika workshops and events for marketing, promotional and social media purposes.

Where reasonably practicable, participants will be informed when photography or filming is taking place.

13. Third-Party Links and Services

The website may contain links to third-party websites, payment providers, social media platforms or other services.

Art by Anrika is not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices or terms of third-party websites.

Your use of third-party services is subject to the terms and policies of those providers.
