- Illustrations containing more people takes longer and cost more. The drawing turnaround time for a standard portrait containing more people varies according to the number of people.
Note that all copyrights remain the property of Art by Anrika.
You have the option of receiving your Illustration digitally, where it will be sent as a high-resolution file via Etsy or iCloud link for download and printing in the comfort of your own home or at a printing company. No physical products will be shipped if this option is chosen.

Product descriptions, photographs, prices and availability are provided as accurately as reasonably possible.
Colours and appearance of artwork or printed products may vary slightly depending on your screen, printer, lighting or other factors.
4. Pricing
All prices displayed on www.artbyanrika.co.za are stated in South African Rand (ZAR), unless otherwise indicated.
Art by Anrika reserves the right to change prices, promotions and product availability at any time.
A price change will not affect an order that has already been successfully placed and paid for.
5. Orders and Payments
An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed, unless we notify you otherwise.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in circumstances including:
The product is unavailable.
An obvious pricing or product description error has occurred.
Payment has not been successfully received.
We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
The order cannot reasonably be fulfilled.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, an appropriate refund will be arranged.
6. Digital Products
Digital products are supplied electronically and may include downloadable artwork, Bible journaling resources, colouring pages, guides, tutorials or other digital content.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, digital products are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not:
- Resell digital products.
- Redistribute or share the files.
- Upload files to file-sharing websites or social media.
- Claim the artwork or content as your own.
- Use the artwork commercially without written permission.
- Modify and resell the artwork or content.
Because digital products can be accessed immediately, digital products are generally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
Please refer to our Digital Product Policy for additional terms.
7. Original Artwork
All original artwork remains the intellectual property of Art by Anrika unless ownership rights have been expressly transferred in writing.
Purchasing an original artwork does not automatically transfer copyright to the purchaser.
The purchaser may display the artwork for personal purposes but may not reproduce, copy, scan, resell reproductions or commercially exploit the artwork without written permission.
8. Commissions and Custom Artwork
Commissioned artwork is created according to an agreed brief between Art by Anrika and the customer.
A deposit or full payment may be required before work begins.
Because commissioned artwork is created specifically for the customer, cancellations and refunds may be subject to the stage of completion and any agreed commission terms.
Art by Anrika reserves the right to use photographs of completed commissioned artwork for portfolio, marketing and social media purposes unless otherwise agreed with the customer in writing.
9. Workshops and Events
Workshop and event bookings are subject to availability.
A booking is only confirmed once the required payment has been successfully received.
Information regarding the venue, date, time, materials and requirements will be communicated as part of the booking process.
If you are unable to attend a workshop, please contact info@artbyanrika.co.za as soon as possible.
Places may be transferable to another person at the discretion of Art by Anrika, provided prior arrangements have been made.
Art by Anrika reserves the right to cancel, postpone or reschedule a workshop or event where circumstances make this necessary.
Where Art by Anrika cancels an event, customers will be notified and an appropriate refund, credit or alternative arrangement will be offered.
10. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Different terms may apply to physical products, digital products, commissioned artwork and workshop bookings.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
11. Intellectual Property
All content appearing on www.artbyanrika.co.za, including but not limited to:
- Artwork
- Illustrations
- Photographs
- Logos
- Branding
- Written content
- Digital resources
- Graphics
- Designs
- Videos
- Tutorials
is owned by or licensed to Art by Anrika unless otherwise stated.
This content may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, modified, published or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
12. Photography and Marketing
Photographs or videos may occasionally be taken during Art by Anrika workshops and events for marketing, promotional and social media purposes.
Where reasonably practicable, participants will be informed when photography or filming is taking place.
If you have concerns about appearing in photographs or promotional material, please contact info@artbyanrika.co.za.
13. Third-Party Links and Services
The website may contain links to third-party websites, payment providers, social media platforms or other services.
Art by Anrika is not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices or terms of third-party websites.

At Art by Anrika, I want you to be happy with your purchase. Because my products include both physical and digital items, the return and refund process may differ depending on what you have purchased.
1. Physical Products
If you receive a physical product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact Art by Anrika within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging where applicable
Once the issue has been assessed, I will advise whether the item qualifies for a replacement, repair or refund.
Change of Mind
For original, unused physical products, returns due to a change of mind may be considered within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in its original condition and packaging.
The customer may be responsible for return shipping costs in the case of a change-of-mind return.
Personalised, commissioned or made-to-order artwork cannot be returned due to a change of mind.
2. Original Artwork
Original artwork is carefully packaged before being shipped.
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact Art by Anrika within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the artwork and packaging.
Where appropriate, Art by Anrika may offer a replacement, repair or refund.
Because original artwork is unique and one-of-a-kind, a replacement may not always be possible.
3. Prints and Art Products
Prints, stationery and other physical art products may be returned if they are defective, damaged during delivery or incorrectly supplied.
Items must be returned in their original condition.
Items that have been damaged after delivery through handling, incorrect storage, framing or other customer use may not qualify for a refund.
4. Digital Products
Digital products are generally non-refundable once they have been downloaded or accessed, due to the nature of digital goods.
If you experience a technical problem, receive an incorrect file or are unable to access your purchased product, please contact Art by Anrika so that I can assist you.
Where appropriate, I may provide a replacement file or another suitable solution.
Please refer to the Digital Product Policy for further information regarding digital purchases.
5. Workshops and Events
Workshop and event bookings are subject to the cancellation terms communicated at the time of booking.
If you are unable to attend, please contact Art by Anrika as soon as possible.
Where a booking is transferable, you may be permitted to transfer your place to another person, subject to availability and prior arrangement.
If Art by Anrika cancels or significantly changes an event, affected customers will be contacted and an appropriate refund, credit or alternative arrangement will be provided.
6. Refunds
Where a refund has been approved, refunds will generally be processed using the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally non-returnable:
- Downloaded or accessed digital products
- Personalised products
- Custom or commissioned artwork
- Made-to-order items
- Gift cards
- Items damaged through customer misuse or negligence

At Art by Anrika, my artwork is created through my own creative process, skill, time and artistic expression. I value the integrity and originality of my work and do not consent to my artwork being used to train, develop, test or improve artificial intelligence systems without my express written permission.
1. No AI Training or Data Mining
Unless I have given express written permission, no artwork, images, illustrations, photographs, designs, digital products or other creative content belonging to Art by Anrika may be:
- Used to train, fine-tune or develop artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
- Used as training data or datasets for AI systems.
- Scraped, crawled, harvested or collected for the purpose of AI training or development.
- Submitted to AI systems for the purpose of analysing, reproducing or learning my artistic style.
- Used to create datasets, embeddings, model weights or other AI-related resources.
- Used to develop or improve generative AI, image-generation or image-manipulation systems.
This applies whether the artwork is obtained from www.artbyanrika.co.za, social media, online marketplaces, search engines, portfolios, digital products or any other source.
2. No Unauthorised AI Generation or Imitation
You may not use Art by Anrika's artwork as a reference, input, prompt image, image-to-image source or other source material for generating new artwork through an AI system without express written permission.
This includes attempts to generate artwork that deliberately imitates, reproduces or closely replicates the distinctive artistic style, composition or identifiable elements of Art by Anrika's work.
3. No Automated Scraping
Automated systems, bots, crawlers, scripts, data-mining tools or similar technologies may not access, copy or collect artwork from www.artbyanrika.co.za for the purpose of:
- AI training;
- Machine learning;
- Dataset creation;
- Image indexing for AI model development;
- Style analysis; or
- Generating derivative AI content.
Normal search-engine indexing necessary to make the website discoverable to the public is not intended to be prohibited by this policy.
4. Copyright and Intellectual Property
All artwork and creative content belonging to Art by Anrika remains protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Making an artwork publicly available online does not constitute permission for third parties to use that artwork for AI training, commercial exploitation, reproduction or the creation of derivative works.
Purchasing an artwork, print or digital product also does not transfer copyright or grant permission to use the artwork for AI training or development.
5. Digital Products
Digital products purchased from Art by Anrika are licensed for the purposes stated in the applicable product terms.
Purchasing or downloading a digital product does not give the purchaser permission to:
- Upload the product to an AI platform;
- Use it as an AI reference image;
- Submit it to an AI training dataset;
- Generate derivative artwork using AI based on the purchased artwork; or
- Share the files with AI developers or third parties for these purposes.
6. AI Companies and Developers
AI companies, developers, researchers and other organisations may not use Art by Anrika's artwork or content for AI training, dataset creation, model development, testing or commercial AI applications without prior written permission.
Any request for licensing or authorised use must be submitted to:

Permission, if granted, will be subject to a separate written agreement specifying the permitted use.
7. Reservation of Rights
Art by Anrika expressly reserves all rights in its artwork and creative content that are not specifically granted to another party.
Nothing on www.artbyanrika.co.za should be interpreted as granting an implied licence or permission to use Art by Anrika's artwork for artificial intelligence, machine learning or related purposes.
8. Unauthorised Use
If Art by Anrika becomes aware that its artwork has been used without permission for AI training, scraping, dataset creation, reproduction or other unauthorised purposes, we reserve the right to take appropriate action to protect our intellectual property and other legal rights.
This may include requesting removal of the material, contacting the relevant platform or service provider, issuing a copyright or intellectual property complaint, and pursuing any other remedies available under applicable law.

3. Delivery Times
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times depend on the courier or postal service used and the destination.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances outside of Art by Anrika's control, including:

Where a tracked courier service is used, tracking information may be provided to the customer once the order has been dispatched.
Customers are responsible for monitoring their delivery where tracking information has been supplied.
7. Damaged Orders
We take care when packaging artwork and products, but unfortunately damage can sometimes occur during transportation.
If your order arrives damaged, please:
- Take photographs of the damaged packaging and product.
- Keep the original packaging.
- Contact info@artbyanrika.co.za as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and photographs when reporting the issue.
We will assess the situation and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair, refund or other suitable solution.
8. Lost or Missing Parcels
If your parcel appears to be lost or has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact info@artbyanrika.co.za.
Where a courier service is responsible for the delivery, Art by Anrika may contact the courier to investigate the shipment.
Customers should ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel where required.
9. Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed because the customer was unavailable, provided an incorrect address, refused the parcel or failed to collect the parcel from a designated collection point, additional delivery charges may apply.
Where a parcel is returned to Art by Anrika, the customer may be responsible for the cost of re-delivery.
10. Original Artwork
Original artwork may require additional packaging and handling due to its unique and valuable nature.
Additional processing or shipping time may therefore apply to original artwork.
Where appropriate, the customer will be informed of any special shipping requirements before the order is dispatched.
11. Digital Products
Digital products do not require physical shipping.
Once payment has been successfully processed, digital products will be delivered electronically in accordance with the applicable Digital Product Policy.
12. Customs and International Orders
International shipping is not routinely offered unless specifically agreed in advance.
Where an international order is accepted, the customer may be responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Art by Anrika is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
13. Public Holidays and Peak Periods
Shipping and processing times may be longer during:
- December and holiday periods

Depending on your location and the items purchased, the following delivery and collection options may be available at checkout:
PUDO
Customers may select PUDO delivery where available.
Your order will be delivered to a selected PUDO locker or collection point. You will receive the relevant collection and tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Please ensure that you collect your parcel within the timeframe specified by PUDO.
Collection in Pretoria
Free collection is available in Pretoria by prior arrangement.
Once your order is ready for collection, you will be contacted to arrange a suitable collection time and location.
Please do not arrive for collection before receiving confirmation that your order is ready.
PostNet to PostNet
Customers may choose PostNet to PostNet delivery, where available.
Your order will be sent to the selected PostNet branch for collection. The customer will be responsible for collecting the parcel once notified that it has arrived.
Please ensure that the correct PostNet branch is selected and that your contact details are accurate.
Flat-Rate Courier
A flat-rate courier service is available for applicable South African orders.
The applicable flat-rate shipping fee will be displayed during checkout.
Courier delivery is generally made to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel where required.
3. Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on qualifying orders over R750.
The R750 threshold applies to the value of eligible physical products in a single order, unless otherwise stated.
Free shipping may be offered through a selected shipping method at the discretion of Art by Anrika. Certain delivery options, locations or oversized items may be excluded.
The available free-shipping option will be displayed during checkout where applicable.
Pretoria collection remains free regardless of order value.

For orders below the free-shipping threshold, shipping costs will depend on the delivery method selected.
